A short, plain explanation of what this website keeps and why.
Enquiry forms
When you send the contact, distributor or product enquiry form we keep the details you type (name, business, phone, email, city and message). We use them only to reply to you. We do not sell them or share them with other companies.
Student pages
The Learning Companion does not ask students to log in or give any personal details. When a QR code is scanned we count the scan together with the language and the type of phone (Android, iPhone or other). When a chapter is opened we count the view. These counts help us improve the content and do not identify any person.
Cookies
We use a small cookie to remember that the QR code was scanned and another to remember the language you chose. The admin panel uses a sign-in cookie for the TRIVEDH team only.
Protecting the forms
To stop spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the connection address for a short time, so one person cannot send many enquiries in an hour. The original address is not stored.
Fonts
The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them.
Your choices
To ask us to correct or delete an enquiry you sent, contact us using the details on the contact page.
